Q & A
What is the FineVerse?
In short, this is my attempt at creating a unified universe containing all the OCs I've created over the years, as well as any OCs of other people who wish to enter them into the fray. It will manifest mainly in RP format, using Discord at the moment.
Where's Equestria?
It doesn't exist. At this point, I have enough characters to not need to rely on existing My Little Pony characters and locations at all, and so I won't. You won't find ANY My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic characters or places here, only original characters based off the fundamentals of MLP, and other original premises!
9-B What Now?
In these profiles, I give an estimated power rating and simplified list of abilities using the system of the Vs Battles Wiki. Subcategories, such as types of regeneration can be found there as well. Just look up "(power) Vs Battles Wiki" and you should find what you're looking for. Here's a link to their tiering system: https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Tiering_System
I make no claim that these ratings are accurate or would hold up to their standards. It's purely for an estimation.
Adding A Character
The FineVerse has room for everyone's OCs, even yours! Whether you want to make something brand new or introduce an old favorite, all you have to do is pick a universe and fill out a character sheet. DM it to me at Fine Point#5724 and we can discuss how it will fit into the story. Below is a blank character sheet.
However, note that you must be at least 14 years old to participate in the FineVerse, and at least 18 years old to participate in any verse with NSFW content.

Having a picture will help people visualize and interact with your character as well, so if possible please include one. If not, please provide a full description of their appearance. If there's information on the character sheet you don't know, then don't worry about it. Leave it blank, and we'll discuss it. Below is a height chart which you might find useful when designing a character.

Etiquette
Group RPs can be fun, and incorporate the ideas of many people. Perhaps it can even craft some of the greatest stories. However, if things are to run smoothly some basic principles ought to be followed.
1.) Respect the turn order: Typically, specific turn orders are decided with a reason. It is important to adhere to them.
2.) Keep actions limited: Actions are essential in a group RP. They dictate how characters interact with each other and the world. Since everybody has to use them, it's not fair if one character does many actions at once and removes the opportunity for others to react. Please limit actions to one or maybe two per turn. Dialogue, thoughts, and story-crafting can be used much more liberally.
3.) Do not make assumptions: A lot of people have certain intentions when they do certain actions, but to make things impartial, fair, and to help the story fit the narrative of the leader: it is important not to assume that exactly what you want to happen will. Not only is this boring, but it's unfair to both the host and other participants. For example: instead of "He sliced her neck and severed her head." please use "He sliced towards her neck in an attempt to sever her head."
Note that this only applies to assumptions with impactful significance. You're free to assume that you don't drop a common household option when you pick it up, for example, or that you won't be cut-off mid-sentence. If something minor is meant to be interrupted, I'll just retcon it.
4.) Be reasonable: If you get into a conflict, such that one person's actions might lead to outcomes that another disagrees with, I would ask both parties to be respectful of this fact and react with reason, not biasing either their action, or their opponents. Think of the situation logically, and deduce what would most likely happen.
5.) Collaborate with the host: I would love nothing more than to include a variety of lore, and interesting characters in this RP, but if you're ever going to bring in new or outside characters or information, then PLEASE convey to me privately all the relevant information. I will use this information impartially, and it will help me to decide what fits, and what doesn't.
6.) You're not omniscient: If you learn information about another character or situation OUTSIDE of the RP, then PLEASE do not make it so that your character knows this, just because you do. Nobody likes a know-it-all.
7.) Don't be overpowered: Unless otherwise discussed, please keep characters reasonable within their universe.
8.) Be mindful: If you know you'll be unavailable for a long time, please tell me so that I can temporarily remove your character from the story in a way that makes sense, and does not hinder them. Otherwise, please keep in mind that other people might be waiting on you.
9.) Content Warnings: Read here.
Naturally, if someone is under 18 then they will not have access to any channel which contains NSFW content.
10.) Have fun!
