Magic Summary
Smoke Wizards are a subset of Toxin Wizards which focus on a combination of close-quarters combat, healing, and inflicting Status effects. While their attacks are generally weak, their combination of healing themselves and inflicting Status effects on their targets generally allows them to win a sort of war of attrition in CQC. To help with this, they have multiple spells which prevent their opponent from fleeing. The end-goal of a Smoke Wizard is to wear their opponent down slowly over time until they simply can't fight anymore.
Smoke Wizards are one of very few that are able to heal themselves using their own magic without downsides, since they can simply inhale their own smoke to replenish their health, stamina, and magic reserves. This makes them almost impossible to take down without enough power to do so instantly in one move. Therefore, most strategies for dealing with Smoke Wizards involve one-shotting them, trapping them, or finding a way to resist their Status effects and low damage so they can be safely ignored. In addition, any method which removes their ability to inhale would also remove their ability to heal as well as their ability to cast many of their spells, since they tend to originate from their mouth.

Passive: Magic or effects which are always active.
Addictive Body - Smoky's body is infused with addictive chemical magic. Making physical contact with his body inflicts the Addicted status. Those inflicted take mental damage every second after five seconds. Making physical contact with him again resets this timer. The condition persists until the affected wizard or Smoky falls unconscious, moves more than a mile away from Smoky, dispels or heals it somehow, or if Smoky decides to end it.
Chain Smoker - Smoky's body is healed and has his magic replenished whenever he inhales a toxic substance- including his own spells! This effectively gives him a constant supply of self-healing, magic, and stamina, such as by casting Second-Hand just to immediately inhale it.
Quickspells: Magic useable instantly at full power without chanting.
Second-Hand: Smoky releases a gust of suffocating smoke from his mouth which deals Toxic and Suffocation damage to any living thing it makes contact with. It dissipates completely after one second.
Normal Mode: Magic useable without any special transformations or conditions.
Nicowing: Smoky infuses one of his wings with smoky magic, and uses it as a weapon which deals equal Blunt, Toxic, and Suffocation damage to whatever it hits.
Dulling Mist: Smoky breathes out a plume of pure white smoke which bellows up and spreads around him, inflicting the Confused status to whatever it touches. Those afflicted forget whatever they were doing, and wander aimlessly in a stupor. Toxin Wizards are immune to this effect, as well as anything immune to Toxin Magic. The condition persists for up to sixty seconds before it expires naturally, but it will also end early if those afflicted take any damage.
Domain Spell: Magic which passively affects a specific area for a limited time.
Mana Smog - Smoky fills the air with a magical fog which prevents most wizards from breathing and regenerating their magical reserves if they go more than ten feet above the ground. The area varies, but usually spans about a mile across, and up to three miles upwards in a dome shape. The domain has no effect on any form of Toxin Wizard (including other Smoke Wizards), anything immune to toxins, and non-wizards.
