Magic Summary
Heavily associated with the Fey, Glitter Wizards channel the same powerful, mischievous magic, and in some cultures they're even called "Fairy Wizards" instead. Few Glitter Wizards exist, and their magic is largely as mysterious as them, but one thing is consistent across the reports: crazy, and often seen alongside worshippers of chaos or witches.
Their method of attack is a brutal combination of many seeking magical bullets and a variety of disabling magic, ranging from paralysis, blinding, to complete nullification of other spells. Their seeking bullets tend to number in the hundreds or thousands, resembling sparkling glitter filling the air, which is where their name came from.
Despite their malicious nature and immense power, Glitter Wizards have never been recorded actually killing or permanently injuring a wizard, instead usually opting to weaken them until they can be disabled and kidnapped. The fate of those taken by Glitter Wizards is largely unknown. Only one wizard is documented as having returned from such an abduction. They were wearing make-up, a frilly dress, and said that they were treated like a "living toy"- though refused to comment much further on the matter.
There exists only a couple known reliable countermeasure to a Glitter Wizard. Although their bodies tend to be nimble and acrobatic, they seem to actually lack any existing Quickspells. Therefore, if one were able to hinder their ability to speak, they could effectively shut down most of their methods of attack.
In addition, they seem to possess all of the same weaknesses as the Fey themselves, including vulnerability to: Metal Magic, Toxin Magic, and Salt Magic, and anything which affects the Fey seems to affect Glitter Wizards in the same way. Despite that, most research indicates they are not actually Fey themselves, and do indeed otherwise possess the qualities of a wizard instead.
List of Known Spells
Passive: Magic or effects which are always active.
Fey Friend: Glitter Wizard's bodies are infused with chaotic, whimsical magic which almost perfectly mirrors that used by the Fey. As a result, they're often recognized as such by Fey creatures rather than as a mortal creature. In addition, they've manifested all of the same weaknesses of the Fey themselves, including vulnerability to: Metal Magic, Toxin Magic, and Salt Magic, and anything which affects the Fey seems to affect Glitter Wizards in the same way. On the plus side, they also share the same resistances, such as immunity to many non-physical magic types such as Spirit Magic, Holy Magic, Life Magic, and Death Magic- as well as resistance to Law Magic and Chaos Magic.
Normal Mode: Magic useable without any special transformations or conditions.
Boop: Pairi presses their nose to a target, dispelling any Status effects which Pairi may have previously inflicted.
Fairy Glitter: Pairi releases a large cloud of glitter which inflicts Paralysis on everything it touches (except for the caster) for up to sixty seconds.
Glitter Party: Pairi summons a hundred glitter bullets around themselves, then may launch them forward all at once, individually, or not at all. These bullets seek their target at high speeds, and release a small explosion on contact which does equal Light and Glitter damage.
Hungry Spores: Pairi releases some glittery spores from their paws. If they make contact with magic, then they quickly eat it up and reproduce until they run out of food. Thankfully, they can't penetrate skin, and vanish just moments after running out of food.
