Background: Tipsy came from a rich family, inheriting a sizeable wealth after his grandfather died and he forged the will to leave everything to himself rather than his sister, who his grandfather loved, unlike him. His grandfather hated him. He was always described as not only a problem-child, but a demon in colt form. He has a blatant lack of respect for everyone, a massively inflated ego, and is completely self-centered. He mostly used his fortune to buy and resell drugs, as well as harass mares at local bars.
By some miracle, Tipsy has managed not only to survive despite being insufferable, but also weasel and sleep his way into the business of some of the most dangerous and wealthy cultures in Petroint. He's managed to stay a chaotic neutral party among countless disputes and has heard an endless supply of gossip from his unfortunate partners.
When he heard that Marielle was selling cocaine, he jumped at the opportunity, knowing that the substance was rare and highly sought-after, but until now almost entirely controlled by Reticent Co. His knowledge of Petroint and its innerworkings is unmatched by most people, let alone in the group. He knows almost every key player, and how to stay on their good side. As a result, he has an invaluable role as the group's "informant." As a bonus, he has a lot of experience in peddling drugs personally.
However, after a spat between him and Marielle over his role in the organization, he broke off officially from her Syndicate, instead stating he'd become a drug lord on his own, though said he might still help out if it benefited him. Marielle didn't know what to suspect, but was shocked to find that his first move was to drug the previous owner of MoonDance with a dangerous and rare experimental street drug called "Control" which effectively turned her into his mindless puppet. With her under his control, he had Tequila Sunrise sign over MoonDance to him, as well as tell him everything about her previous arrangement with Reticent.
Family: All Deceased, Except One Sister.
